A fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, independent estate agency, to be based in their busy Ormskirk branch.
We are looking for an Appointments Clerk to support our sales and lettings teams, on a full-time basis.
Role Objectives
- To arrange and carry out viewings on residential properties.
- To support the sales and lettings teams in the effective and efficient operation of the respective departments.
- To provide the highest level of customer service to all Clients.
Main Duties
- Qualifying and managing a database of new and existing applicants
- Undertaking viewings with potential applicants and spotting opportunities to cross-sell other suitable properties to buyers.
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Answering phone calls
A Full UK driving license is essential for this role, and a Company car will be provided for all appointments.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: From £18,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
