£38-40,000 + company benefits working day time shifts only

**YOU NEED TO HAVE YOUR OWN TRANSPORT FOR THIS POSITION.**

We are looking for a Farm Shop Manager for a stunning operation that sources and sells a range of the finest quality produce from grocery to butchery, to beers, wines & spirits, foody gifts and artisan products.

The Farm Shop Manager we are looking for will ideally have some farm shop experience, or a background working for small independant or larger corporate food retailers.

A massive bonus is that it is a day time only operation so you will have a great work life balance.

**ROLE - FARM SHOP MANAGER**

As the Farm Shop Manager you will:

- Manage all day to day operations
- Manage the P & L, labour and all costs & budgets
- Control wastage
- Liaise and negotiate with and source suppliers
- Manage all purchasing within budget
- Maintain all relevant legislation & compliance
- Ensure the delivery of high standards and excellent customer service
- Recruit, train and develop your team
- Work in a hands-on capacity leading from the front

**ATTRIBUTES - FARM SHOP MANAGER**
- Experience as a Farm Shop Manager/food retailer in small quality or larger corporate grocers
- Strong financial & commercial acumen
- Passion for working with fresh, quality and artisan produce and products
- Excellent team development, communication and people management skills
- A hands-on lead from the front approach and a very keen eye for detail
- A good understanding of legislation & compliance
- The ability to motivate and enthuse people and teams to deliver results
- A positive and outgoing personality and outlook
- IT literate - working with systems & process
