**Your daily duties as a Production Chargehand**:
Carry out production operative duties as required.
To assist management and supervisors in implementing process and production improvements to enhance the production capabilities, output and, critically, the quality of our product into the market.
Organise and audit housekeeping of the working area.
Improve quality via product documentation and operator training/awareness.
Allocation of jobs.
Cover Supervisors holidays
Organise and set up work areas for specific jobs, spin welding, jigs and fixtures etc. ( identify and implement improved methods of work and efficiency).
Order components via the ASK process.
Organise product labels for bags and cartons.
Check that jobs are being assembled and packed correctly as per the BOM’s, drawings and customer specific requirements.(Notify supervisors/management of any discrepancies).
Check bar codes are correct when scanning bagging machine products.
Create assembly instruction documentation.
Control component stock and advise supervision / management on any discrepancies and corrections required.

Assist in quality issues and customer complaints and implement corrective action to prevent recurrence.

**Twilight shifts**:
**Twilight times**: 16:10 to 21:25 Mon to Wed, 16:10 to 22:25 Thur, 22 hours per week Pay Rate:
**TWILIGHT SHIFTS**: £17.54 per hour
