Sqe2 Trainee Placement

The trainee placements shall commence on 1st August 2023, specialising in one area of law.

The trainee must have already passed the LPC or SQE1 and is therefore only required to pass the SQE2 to qualify as a Solicitor.

During the trainee placement, the trainee will be required to undertake a part-time online SQE2 preparatory course with the firm’s course provider, Barbri, and sit the SQE2 assessments at the end of the preparatory course. It will not be possible to defer taking the assessments so the trainee must be prepared to fully commit to the firm’s chosen preparatory course and take the exams on completion of the course.

Taylor Rose MW will cover the cost of the SQE2 preparatory course and the SQE2 assessments, although please note that Taylor Rose MW will not cover the cost of any re-sits or cancellations.
