Bank Immunisation Practitioner

The Service Users will be children and young people from 4 years to 19 years. Whilst the majority will be seen in school settings they will also be seen in clinic settings and residential settings. The service aims to provide an excellent standard of service which informs and educates children, young people and parents and carers to make informed decisions about the receipt of the Flu vaccination. You will work as part of a team to support the service and focus on delivering quality outcomes and improving the service user experience.
You will play a vital role in delivering the school aged Flu immunisation programme and protecting the population from Flu. NHFT is an integrated primary care and mental health Trust, providing physical, mental health and specialty services in both hospital settings and out in the community.
