Junior Designer

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the design team to create visually compelling and innovative designs across various mediums, including digital print & Signage.
- Interact directly with clients to understand their design needs, offer creative solutions, and manage their expectations.
- Prepare and present design concepts and proposals to clients, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client satisfaction.
- Assess project requirements and provide accurate cost estimates and timelines for quoting purposes.
- Act as the liaison between clients and the design team, ensuring effective communication and smooth project coordination.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and software to enhance design efficiency and quality.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience in graphic design, preferably in a Printers or sign makers studio.
- Proficiency in design software such as Corel Draw, Illustrator and other relevant tools.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact with clients professionally and build strong working relationships.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work well within a team.

**Salary**: £17,731.17-£23,000.00 per year
