**Job description**:
**Main purpose of the role**:
Reporting to the Technical Director the Technical Administrator is a core role within the technical team and is the main contact hub with the Planning and NHBC Portals for the team and also the invoice tracking system and document management system controller to ensure a reliable and consistent approach is maintained with these vital systems. Technical workload weekly team meeting notes and actions are also distributed. The Technical Administrator supports all technical team members. Demonstrates strong relationships through ability to work cross functionally to achieve successful outcomes.

**Key Accountabilities**:
**Technical Support**
- Attend weekly technical meeting and take minutes for typing and distribution.
- Ensure all invoices are scanned, saved, and recorded for each development.
- Distribute weekly objectives as set by the Technical Director.
- Monitor receipt of NHBC conditions and issue available requested information to obtain discharge of the conditions.
- Administrative support in processing Road and Sewer Agreements.
- Scanning documents/drawings and saving to the system.
- Completing cheque request forms as and when required.
- Request and distribute EPCs and As Built SAPs.

**DOC REF 10**
- Develop system for receiving, storing, and distributing internal and external drawing amendments.
- Produce audit trail of letters and drawings issued.
- Copy drawings as and when required.
- Archive drawings as and when required.
- Ensure Doc Ref 10’s are up to date.

**General**
- Photocopying, scanning and binding documents.
- Type necessary letters from within the technical team.
- Provide administrative support to the technical team.
- Ensure all phone calls are dealt with promptly.
- Distributing external and internal mail including faxes.
- Set up and maintain filing systems.

**HS&S Responsibilities**:

- To take care of your own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by your work and adhere to the Keepmoat Health, Safety and Sustainability standards.

**Skills, knowledge & experience**:
**Essential**:

- Flexible and agile approach
- Excellent level of numeracy and skilled in verbal and written comms
- High level of computer literacy in MS Office

**Desirable**:

- Previous experience within industry

**Education & qualifications**:
**Essential**:

- Maths and English GCSE (Grades A*- C or 9 - 4) preferred

**Desirable**:
