Experienced Builder

**Penhaligon's Renovations Ltd** is a local building company covering all our customer’s needs. As we are growing in excellent reputation, our customer base is growing, and we require an '**Experienced Builder**' to join our team due to workload.

We are looking for a good, quality **'Tradesman’ **who takes pride in their workmanship. We are not looking for site bashers or experienced labourers.

You must have the following experience ideally but not limited to all the following below:

- Setting out from detailed plans.
- Brick & Block Work.
- Drainage & Ground Works.
- Plastering.
- Rendering.
- Anything else in the trade is a bonus.
- At least 7 years’ experience ideally.
- Has a can-do attitude.
- Self-Motivated and has initiative to problem solve.
- Can take direction from other members of staff.
- Keen to learn.
- Has an ability to communicate with staff members effectively.
- Very reliable and a good timekeeper.
- Works well under pressure and recognises that keeping to timelines is very important.
- Who is adaptable and willing to meet a new challenge every day, will fit into our team perfectly.
- Physically fit.
- Clean driving licence is a bonus.

Working Schedule:

- Monday to Friday.
- 8-hour shifts with the options for overtime.

This work will be mainly local to Camborne and surrounding areas. You will need to be able to make your own way to the company office located in Camborne for each working day to get a lift or drive a company vehicle to our sites. You will be working as part of a team under supervision on a trial period at first until proven.

Our work is for our private customers providing:

- New Builds.
- House Renovations.
- Conversions.
- Extensions.
- Landscaping.
- Kitchen fitting.
- Bathroom fitting.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
