**Basic Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + Bonus System**

A great opportunity has arisen. Our client is looking for an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor [VDA] to join their modern dealership, based in Reigate (Surrey). You will need to have a positive can-do attitude, be hard working, efficient and have great housekeeping. In return our client offers a world class working environment, with a fully equipped Bodyshop for undertaking the job in hand, as well as personal development and training.

The Vehicle Damage Assessor [VDA] role requires the individual to assess / estimate accident damage using the required knowledge and methods to ascertain the safest repair method. An ATA is desirable but not essential, as is knowledge of Audatex, Autoflow etc.

**Duties will include**:

- Create accurate, right first time repair assessments
- Maintain an excellent working knowledge of estimating systems
- Develop and or maintain an excellent knowledge and understanding of all insurer/customer contracts
- Maintain effective communication skills with both internal and external customers
