**Duties**:
Be an early riser as open the shop at 5.15am and deal with newspapers and paper boys and girls,
ability to organise and supervise.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Support the sales team in achieving their targets and goals
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues from diverse backgrounds
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £12.00-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16.75 per week

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
