Fel Cynghorydd Gwasanaeth Cwsmer sy’n siarad Cymraeg byddwch yn darparu gwasanaeth rhagorol i’n cwsmeriaid y gallwn i gyd fod yn falch ohono, trwy gymryd perchenogaeth o geisiadau trafodion neu wasanaeth cwsmer ac ateb ymholiadau cynnyrch penodol. Mae ein cwsmeriaid yn ein ffonio am bob math o resymau ac yn dweud wrthym eu bod am i’w ceisiadau gael eu trin â chyflymder, sicrwydd ac empathi, felly mae’r rhain yn sgiliau allweddol rydym yn edrych amdanynt.

Byddwch yn angerddol dros ddarparu profiad cwsmer rhagorol, byddwch yn uchelgeisiol a bydd gennych bersonoliaeth gymwynasgar. Mae profiad blaenorol o Wasanaeth Cwsmer yn hanfodol, peidiwch â phoeni os nad oes gennych brofiad bancio, gallwn ddysgu popeth i chi mae angen i chi wybod, yr hyn y mae gennym wir ddiddordeb ynddo yw rhywun sy’n gallu cynnal sgwrs ac sydd ag angerdd gwirioneddol dros fynd gam ymhellach a thu hwnt i gwsmeriaid.

**O fewn y rôl hon byddwch yn;**
- Darparu gwasanaeth cwsmeriaid ffôn eithriadol i gwsmeriaid yn y Gymraeg a’r Saesneg mewn modd amserol tra’n gweithio mewn canolfan gyswllt brysur sy’n symud yn gyflym a chadw at ein polisïau a’n gweithdrefnau
- Meddu ar y gallu technegol i ddefnyddio systemau lluosog yn gyflym
- Prosesu ystod eang o drafodion, tra’n cynnal lefel uchel o gywirdeb
- Rhywun sy’n datrys problemau ac yn rhoi sylw ardderchog i fanylion
- Chwarae rôl gefnogol wrth addysgu ein cwsmeriaid am gynnyrch HSBC a llwyfannau bancio ddigidol amgen

Requirements

**Gweithio Hybrid**

Rydym yn gweithredu amgylchedd gwaith hybrid, sy’n golygu y byddwch yn gweithio’n rhannol yn y swyddfa (o leiaf 2 ddiwrnod yr wythnos) ac yn rhannol gartref; mae’n bwysig eich bod yn gallu gwneud y ddau. Os ydych chi’n gweithio o gartref bydd angen i chi gael amgylchedd gwaith sy’n ddiogel, yn sicr ac yn rhydd rhag unrhyw ymyriadau bywyd o ddydd i ddydd.

**Pryd a Ble byddwch chi’n gweithio**

Ein rolau llawn amser yw 35 awr yr wythnos dros 5 niwrnod, mae angen hyblygrwydd gan y byddwch yn gweithio rhwng 8am ac 8.30pm o ddydd Llun i ddydd Sul pan fydd ein cwsmeriaid ein hangen fwyaf.

**Eich Hyfforddiant**

Byddwch yn derbyn 6 wythnos o hyfforddiant llawn i ddechrau i roi’r wybodaeth ddiweddaraf i chi am fanylion eich swydd, y systemau y byddwch yn eu defnyddio, yn ogystal â’r cynhyrchion a’r gwasanaethau y mae HSBC yn eu cynnig. Cynhelir hyfforddiant o ddydd Llun i ddydd Gwener 9am-5pm.

Er mwyn ein galluogi i ddarparu’r cymorth cywir i chi gyflawni eich rôl, rydym yn gofyn i chi beidio â chymryd unrhyw wyliau yn ystod eich cyfnod hyfforddi.

**Yr hyn a gewch**

Rydym yn cynnig isafswm cyflog cychwynnol deniadol o £22,750 yn seiliedig ar 35 awr yr wythnos, ynghyd â bonws perfformiad yn ôl disgresiwn blynyddol a phecyn buddion cystadleuol iawn a restrir isod:

- 25 diwrnod o wyliau ac 8 gŵyl banc gyda’r opsiwn i brynu 5 niwrnod arall
- Manteision “Perks at Work” lle byddwch yn gallu cael mynediad at 30,000+ o ostyngiadau gweithwyr cenedlaethol a lleol. Dros 20 o wahanol gategorïau yn amrywio o Electroneg, Ffasiwn, Adloniant, Teithio a Chartref a Gardd i enwi ond ychydig
