As an Optical Adviser, you will play a vital role in delivering a seamless and personalized eyecare experience to our valued patients. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of care and satisfaction throughout their journey with us.

Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Screening Assessments: Conduct comprehensive pre-screening assessments to gather accurate information about patients' eye health and vision needs.

Frame and Lens Selection: Guide patients through the frame and lens selection process, considering their preferences, prescription requirements, and lifestyle to help them find the most suitable eyewear.

Dispensing: Skillfully dispense eyeglasses and provide fitting adjustments to ensure maximum comfort and optimal vision for our customers.

Glasses Collection and Quality Control: Ensure timely collection of completed orders and perform thorough quality checks to ensure that all eyewear meets our high standards before delivery to the patient.

Ordering: Manage the ordering process for frames, lenses, and other optical products, maintaining an organized inventory and tracking product availability.

Reception and Admin Duties: Assist with reception tasks, including scheduling appointments, handling phone inquiries, and maintaining accurate patient records.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in an optical or eyecare setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service and communication skills to interact with patients in a friendly, professional, and empathetic manner.
- Attention to detail for performing accurate pre-screening assessments and quality control checks.
- Organizational abilities to manage inventory, place orders, and keep track of multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in using computer systems for dispensing and administrative purposes.
- A passion for eyecare and a desire to stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the optical industry.
