- **Equans is looking for a Security Guard to join our team in Stockton on Tees, TS16 0QB on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 42 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £22,757.28 and benefits package.**

**Shift Pattern**:Bespoke 3 week rotating shift pattern.**:
**What will you deliver?**:

- This role will be based on at the Cleveland and Durham Police, Tactical Training Centre. The main purpose of the role is to undertake general security duties relating to the protection of the Premises, Property and Persons within the site perimeter.
- To ensure a professional and efficient service, with effective
communication with line manager and Facility Manager.
- To carry out specific duties relating to patrolling, guarding the premises, fire checks/inspections, access control and car park duties.
- To monitor and record all activities within the external environment by use of the Facilities CCTV System and to comply with the code of practice in respect of CCTV usage.
- To adhere to all procedures and instructions in respect of the general safety, welfare, upkeep of the environment and loss prevention by accident, theft or neglect.
- To maintain the required logs and records in accordance with agreed procedures for the facility

**Who are we looking for?**:

- Must hold valid and current SIA Security Manned Guarding License as a minimum.
- Must hold a valid and current Emergency First Aid at Work Certificate.
- Previous experience in front line security manned guarding services role is essential.
