**The College **have an exciting opportunity for a Caretaker to join our Facilities and Estates team at our Huntingdon Campus.

You will join us on a Part Time basis (25 hours per week, 5 hours per day Mon-Fri) and in return you will receive a competitive salary of between **£21, 452 - £22,724 p.a. (Pro rata £14,494.59 - £15,354.05), plus staff benefits.**

**About the role**:
As an important part of the Estates Department, our in house Caretaking team provides a valued service to Students and Staff, supporting the College in its objective to become outstanding and the automatic choice for students in the region.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, conscientious, customer focused individual who has excellent communication skills and experience as a caretaker (or a similar related role). You will need to hold or be willing to undertake training for manual handling, COSHH, Fire Marshall and First Aid.

**Salary**: £14,494.59-£15,354.05 per year

Expected hours: 25 per week
