**Customer Support Advisor**

**Salary circa £24-30,000 + Bonus**

Our client is a leading business in Dewsbury, who have experienced phenomenal growth within their market over the last few years and are continuing with this strategic growth. They are a small family led business and are a clear market leader within theirsector and are looking to add to their successful, busy and stable Customer Support team.

**What you will be involved with**:

- Dealing with some complaints or challenging queries regarding orders and showing empathy, patience and security
- You will process incoming orders via Sage and be aware of stock availability
- Handling product queries and providing proactive information to customers on the product range
- Keeping track of orders and keeping customers updated of possible delays, problems etc
- You will receive initial training which will cover all areas of the business to really understand the product range and the work that you are involved with

**What we are looking for**:

- Strong experience within a similar customer focused role, perhaps where you have dealt with complaints as part of the process
- Care and attention with your calls, ensuring you are providing a positive solution for customers
- Excellent attention to detail, to ensure you are selecting the right products
- Keeping the customer intranet up to date with information from calls
- Managing customer expectations well
- A team player who will support other members of the team as the role naturally dictates
- Hard working and loyal
- Strong IT skills and any knowledge of Sage would be a bonus
