**The Roll**
**Key Responsibility’s.**
Project coordination of all stakeholders including suppliers, installation crews, and third-party service providers to deliver the flawless execution of projects which includes:
- Liaising with customers, suppliers, and installers in relation to installation schedules.
- Overall management of time, materials, quality, health and safety, and customer service on domestic retrofit projects assigned, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third contractors/suppliers.
Ensuring all works are carried out in strict accordance with the relevant quality standards.
- Coordination of all contractors and direct labour resources to ensure the works are completed in an efficient manner and managed within the allowable budgets.
- Coordination of all third-party service providers such as Open Reach, Gas Network Operator or NIE amongst others.
**Salary**
Salary guide for this role is £30,000 - £40,000 per annum depending on experience. This is paid monthly by electronic transfer.
**Hours of Work**
Standard 40 hours per week but must be willing to work additional hours or possibly occasional weekends if required. A vehicle will be supplied but you must hold a valid driver’s licence.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
