Main responsibilities
- You will be responsible for the care and safe transportation of non-emergency PTS patients.
- Ensuring timely transportation to and from appointments at hospitals, treatment centres day units or other places of care. At all times the post holder must ensure patient safety and reduction in harm to patients, self, colleagues, and others by assessing risks and adopting safe working practices.
- Maintain a high standard of vehicle and equipment cleanliness and readiness. Daily checks on the vehicle and reporting any problems.
- Undertake a range of duties including with stretchers and wheelchair clamping. Competent in assessing patients and manual handling and moving of patients.

Essential
- Must have good communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have full driving license
- Must be able to work as a team and individually
- Good time keeping and reliability

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary contract, Zero hours contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: £12.30-£14.42 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
