This is a chance to run research and turn insights into proposition ideas.

Innovation minded team player that enjoys working with cutting edge technology and designs. You will work closely with our clients in running innovation projects, workshops and spotting new ideas and technology in Research and Development and product development projects.

Working with the inventors, engineers and scientists, you will support them in finding the best ways of protecting the ideas and concepts.

We are looking for a driven and well organised professional with good social and project management skills who can build strong relationships and have experience in Innovation.

**Typical tasks**:

- Working directly with clients and relevant stakeholders to solve their challenges using a range of people, process, and technology
- Innovation and ideation projects
- Client management and building relationships
- Managing a portfolio of clients.
- Managing client communications and resources.
- Attending events and being proactive in business development activities.
- Completing Invention Disclosure Forms and summaries with clients.
- Developing client product strategies and reviewing client portfolios to improve their effectiveness.

**What our client is looking for**:

- Strong commercial experience of delivering key projects for industry leaders within an innovation consulting role.
- 3-5+ years of experience in working in innovation, R&D, IP etc
- Self-starter and a team player
- Great client management and project organisation skills.
- Passionate about innovation, business, startups.

**Salary**: £60,000.00-£80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Flexitime
