A great opportunity has become available to work for a private day nursery in Manchester as an Early Years Educator/Practitioner in Pre-School.

You must be qualified to at least a level 3 in Childcare and ideally with at least 2 years experience.

You will be expected to provide a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care for all children in your care and be part of a supportive team, with access to excellent resources.

Requirements for the Post:

- a relevant childcare qualification at either a Level 3 or above (minimum)
- strong knowledge of the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage)
- experience of working with children aged 0-4 years in a nursery/private day care setting as a educator/practitioner.
- a clear understanding of safeguarding and knowledge of child protection procedures
- clear and well-spoken English
- good communication skills, approachable, confident and caring with a passion for working with young children
- good team player
- flexible.

It will be an added benefit if you:

- speak another language in addition to English
- enjoy gardening.

Salary is dependent on experience and qualifications.

**Experience**:

- Childcare or teaching in a school-based nursery minimum of 2 years (preferred)

Pay: From £11.45 per hour

Expected hours: 33.5 per week
