Our client, based in Kidderminster requires a full time Receptionist/Administrator. Long term opportunities and the role offers the possibility of a permanent position following a successful trial period.
**Responsibilities of a Receptionist/Administrator**:
- Answering telephone calls.
- Greeting visitors at the front desk by welcoming and directing them appropriately.
- Preparing, organising and storing information in paper and digital form.
- Arranging diaries and scheduling meetings.
**Requirements of a Receptionist/ Administrator**:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Will be required to have a DBS check.
- Experience in a school or PA experience preferred.
- One year admin experience.
- Basic computer knowledge.
**Hours & Pay**:
- Monday - Friday
- 08:00am - 16:30pm
- £22,000 per year
