Sales Estimator

**Responsibilities**
- To quote and sell the services of Welding, Laser cutting, Press Brake and sub-con operations.
- Working from Customer drawings to produce detailed quotations.
- Producing accurate and detailed manufacturing cost estimates generated from detailed client manufacturing drawings.
- Create full routing information including labour and material costing.
- Liaise with sub-contract suppliers as required.
- Input all information into the computer system in order to produce full quotations to the customer.
- Monitoring enquiries within the company and speaking direct with customers.
- Seeking out and generating new business opportunities
- Building relationships with customer to get repeat enquiries.

**Knowledge, Skills, Experience**
- Previous experience within an Estimator role with experience in a sheet metal fabrication shop or metal profiling environment.
- Competent in using CAD/CAM Software is desirable.
- Experience working on a variety of contracts and quoting from detailed engineering drawings.
- Strong background in fabrication or metal profiling processes.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels.
- Strong attention to detail.

WEC Group, Darwen

**Hours of Work**

8am - 5pm Monday - Friday
