**About us**

Established in 1974, Comtherm Ltd has over forty years of experience in the design, manufacture, installation and commissioning of industrial combustion equipment for the commercial, industrial and process heating markets.

An extensive range of industrial burners and process air heaters are manufactured every week in our UK-based factory. Combustion equipment can be specifically designed to meet the needs and requirements of individual customers. We aim to be the best at what we do, whether that be designing a full system, delivering to the site and installing it and handing it over once commissioned; or simply providing a replacement part for existing burners. We hold a large stock of spares and employ knowledgeable staff all of whom are keen to help.

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate sales by contacting potential customers and pitching our products.
- Manage and nurture existing customer relationships.
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide product information.
- Identify and assist in targeting new prospective customers.
- Evaluate and analyse sales data through our CRM system (Unleashed).
- Effectively communicate with management, customers and employees.

**Requirements**:

- Proven sales and customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £23,000.00 per year

- Droitwich: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
