Advancing People is a full-service document management company. We are looking for a Document Processor to process and deliver legal documents to our clients. You will be responsible for managing our client’s files, ensuring their legal rights are protected and ensuring their confidentiality.
**Responsibilities**
- Manage and organize multiple incoming files daily.
- Process and process documents for our clients in a timely manner.
- Provide support to attorneys with requests or queries regarding legal matters.
- Maintain confidentiality of client’s confidential information.
- Communicate with clients regularly about the status of their case.
- Maintain a healthy relationship with clients by responding to their inquiries in a timely manner.
- Ensure that the workflow of the office is running smoothly.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with other vendors, clients, and attorneys.
**Experience**:
- Proven experience as a document processor or legal secretary preferred but not required.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: From £24,000.00 per year
