An opportunity exists for a Care Assistant Nights (Maternity Cover) to join our team at Shoreham by Sea, a home specialising in person-centred care of the elderly. Applicants will have experience of working in a similar environment, be enthusiastic, an effective communicator, have high standards, and be sensitive to the needs of the elderly

Working hours are 24 hours per week, Wednesday 20:00-8:00 and Thursday 20:00-8:00. Initially, the role is expected to end in February 2023, potential to increase hours or extend the contract my occur throughout the term. This is a quiet care home the nights are generally very calm, requiring a carer to be present at night working alongside a colleague.

**We are looking for a person who**:

**In return, you can expect**:

- a salary of £11.00-£11.50 per hour (next review April 2023)
