Telemarketing Executive

OTE of £25,000 - £30,000

Do you have experience in making outbound calls to generate high-quality leads? Are you an experienced telemarketer that is money motivated and resilient?

We are looking for an experienced Telemarketing Executive with proven telesales experience and success to join our fun family-like team. You would be working for a company that has been trading since 1997 with the focus of providing a high-quality service to each and every customer. OSV’s Directors Debbie and Andrew Kirkley started OSV with the ethos of making sure employees were treated as individuals and not numbers which reflects in the service that OSV provides to their customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Re-engaging with lost opportunities
- Calling prospect lists to generate high quality leads for OSV’s Vehicle Specialists
- Creating a record of and accurately recording the results of all communications
- Updating our customer and prospect records within our CRM system

**Requirements**:

- Previous quality/high volume telemarketing experience
- Successfully meeting targets
- Results orientated
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starting and treats the brand as their own
- Deals well with giving and receiving constructive feedback
