**The Role**

This is an exciting role within the business, due to business growth.

**Responsibilities**

The Junior Buyer will be responsible for the following areas:

- Producing stock requirement reports as required;
- Raising purchase orders as required;
- Monitoring stock usage to maintain adequate stock levels;
- Data input in to the inventory system;
- Assisting with the monthly stock take;
- Chasing any overdue orders in a timely manner;
- Liaising with external suppliers;
- Liaising with the team to prevent issues from arising;
- Producing weekly and monthly reports
- Assisting with order processing
- Providing general administrative support as and when required
- Any other duties as assigned for the needs of the business.

**Experience Required**
- Experience of working within a busy office environment;
- Experience of working with stock control systems is desirable;
- Experience of Microsoft Excel;
- Ability to manage own time effectively;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Ability to work cross-functionally to meet business needs;
- Experience of working to KPI’s & objectives.

**Working pattern**

Monday - Thursday: 8.30am - 5pm and Friday's: 8.30am - 4pm.

Performance bonus

22 days holiday + bank holidays

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Experience**:

- Purchasing/Buying: 2 years (preferred)
