**What we're looking for**:

- Enthusiastic 5yrs+ Registered Architect status or Technologist registered as MCIAT, or equivalent educated to degree level
- Possess a sound grasp of building design and construction and construction cost planning
- Awareness of new innovative procurement and construction techniques (especially in connection with Net Zero Carbon initiatives), construction contracts, current legislation, statutory and regulatory requirements relating to property
- Experience in a professional private sector (architectural) office or in a local authority
- Good communication written and verbal, presentation, organisational skills
- Possess a high skill level of AutoCAD and Revit software along with associated 3D visualisation rendering packages and NBS experience
- Experience in Education design, public buildings, Healthcare and Blue Light sectors essential
