**Job Overview**:
The Design and Content Marketing Associate is responsible for owning the creation, publishing and design of both digital and print marketing content across all marketing channels to deliver an excellent customer experience and support Inter Scientifics strategic focuses and growth aspirations.

This is a customer centric, results focused role based out of the company’s headquarters in Liverpool, UK. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the Digital and Content Marketing Associate will be part of the commercial organisation and will work closely and in collaboration with the Online Engagement Specialist, as well as being supported by the wider analytical, regulatory and supporting business functions to successfully deliver on marketing goals and objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Building and owning marketing content calendars and ensuring successful and on time delivery of a range of content pieces.
- Owning and leading cross function and department engagement to build and develop a mix of marketing content that is aligned with overall business goals.
- Understanding and translating the target audience’s preferences, behaviour and needs to create relevant and engaging content across Inter Scientifics mix of customer types.
- Oversee all aspects of marketing design projects from start through to completion.
- Create marketing collateral, including infographics, presentations and promotional material for events such as banners, flyers, brochures.
- Collaborating with the Online Engagement Associate to create high-quality, visually appealing website designs that align with the brand and resonate with the target audience.
- Brand consistency: clearly set out and ensure all design work from print to digital is aligned with the company’s brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Trade show, conferences and events organisation
- Prepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns, including ROI’s and KPI’s.
- Conduct competitor research, understanding competitor marketing activity and tactics
