Safeguard is the UK’s premier provider of call handling and customer support services exclusively to the new-build housing market. Based in Consett, Co. Durham, calls are taken from homeowners nationally who have an emergency defect out-of-hours.

Due to sustained growth we are looking to appoint a Head of Department who will assist in taking the operation to the next level this will include leading and developing the call handling team, establishing links with external contractors and managing relationships with our clients.

The role will require some evening and weekend work within a flexible 37.5hr week.

There will be scope to develop as the company grows.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £38,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
