Handyman/woman/maintenance

We are seeking the services of a friendly, flexible and capable person to assist with the general Maintenance and Repair of our warehouse and office. This is a part-time permanent position based on an average 10-hour week. We envisage 2 weekdays a week at 5 hours per day, which could be mornings or afternoons and may on occasion vary.
Some days you will be working at our warehouse near Leighton, Welshpool, other times at our office in Manafon which is 10 miles from Welshpool.

**Your duties will include, but are not necessarily limited to**:

- Ensuring the warehouse is kept clean and tidy
- General Garden and Building Maintenance
- Help with the restoration of a vintage caravan for display purposes
- Occasionally helping with unloading incoming shipments
- Generally mucking in with whatever needs doing

**You will have the following skills, abilities and experience**:

- Be focused whilst remaining flexible and self-motivated
- Able to work alone and without supervision
- Good woodworking skills
- Possess a clean UK Driving Licence and ability to drive a 3.5 Tonne van
- Willing to work outside
- Have your own transport as we are somewhat remote
- Be an all-round nice person that can work with a small team
