Cobalt are proud to be working, once again, with a brilliant NHS Trust based just outside of Manchester to aid their recruitment for a Clinical Matron, to report into the Estates & Facilities Department. This is an initial 6-9 month contract, paying £28.00- £32.00 per hour LTD rate (inside IR35, via umbrella company) depending on experience.
You will have to/be:
- Strong track record as a Matron within a healthcare setting.
- Take responsibility to manage the delivery of the relationships and communication between the Estates & Facilities Department and Clinical Teams.
- Be confident in dealing with Complaints, and really deliver change on the Patient experience, ensuring it runs smoothly.
- Liaise with service providers and subcontractors.
- Successfully plan and implement systems in line with the Trust's latest Health and Safety regulations and specifications.
- Implement health & safety in a clinical environment.
