**Payrate**: £11.45 per hour plus enhanced pay for evenings, weekends and bank holidays

**Role**:
Onboarding Coordinator to support TUPE transferring Bank member with Onboarding to NHS Professionals. Coordinators are responsible for carrying out initial Right to Work checks and reviewing/repairing compliance.
**What you’ll be responsible for**:
- Ensure applicants are fully compliant (in line with Home Office and NHSP guidelines.
- Work through the onboarding pipelines to ensure applicants are processed and engaged with in
- Keep up to date with and adhere to current and changing Home Office guidelines.
- Deliver a pro-active, positive applicant experience and aim for first contact resolution with every interaction.
- Keep up to date with all training and scripts and promote an environment of trust and inclusiveness for ongoing best practice and continuous improvement.
- Work to set objectives and targets to manage your workload through pro-active contact and
- Provide a friendly and effective onboarding management process based on internal and external feedback, decreasing the time to book first shift and zero tolerance for restrictions.
- Adherence to home office and NHSP guidelines to minimise any risk of a worker being in post that is not compliant and/or puts patient safety at risk measured by regular audits.
- Maintain your training and keep motivated to meet the changing needs of the NHS.
**You’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust**:
- An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS.
- Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times.
- A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation.
**You’ll have the following skills/experience**:
- Knowledge of the Home Office right to work processes and checks (desirable)
- Knowledge of onboarding, vetting, and screening processes (desirable)
- Excellent customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Excellent organisational skills
- Microsoft Office package knowledge e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel
