We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Launderette Attendant to join our team at our busy family-run launderette in Stratford upon Avon. If you enjoy providing excellent customer service and have a keen eye for detail, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist customers with using self-service machines and provide guidance on proper operation.
- Receive and process customers' laundry, ensuring accurate tracking and maintaining confidentiality.
- Operate commercial laundry equipment efficiently and safely.
- Sort, fold, and package laundered items according to customer preferences.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the launderette, including regular cleaning of machines and premises.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service at all times.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a customer service-oriented role is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Basic skills for operating laundry equipment and maintaining records.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy loads as required.
- Availability to work Monday to Thursday
