Despatch Operative

**Reporting to the Completions Manager, this role ensures that components are packed and protected in line with Customer and company requirements.**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Pack components in accordance with requirements
- Load/unload vehicles in a safe manner ensuring a safe working

environment
- Liaise with production personnel to ensure coordination of

priorities

- Strong attention to detail
- Crane driving/slinging/manual handling/forklift competency
- Effective Communication
- Basic computer literacy
- Have a methodical approach

**Accountabilities and Performance Measures**:

- To process the packing of components at dispatch using

appropriate lifting equipment / hand tools

**Job Requirements Qualifications**:

- Previous experience of working in a packing / industrial

environment
- Proficient in slinging, crane, forklift equipment and basic hand

tools

Hours Per Week - 39 hours

Day Shifts: Monday to Thursday 7.30am to 4.30pm & Fridays 7.30am to 12.30pm

Pay: £24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
