**Are you a construction professional with a passion for customer service and think you would excel in a Customer Service Inspector role?**

We are delighted to be working with one of the leading brands in luxury homes as they look to add a key member of their customer care team overseeing the inspection and remediation works associated with legacy homes for a 12 month FTC. Working for a developer with a solid reputation for delivering the highest quality homes alongside excellent customer service with each and every home they build, this role is key to ensuring the business manage a backlog of remedial works outstanding in customers homes and see them through to successful conclusion.

Reporting to the Director of Customer Service, you will be responsible for the following day to day:

- Conducting home visits for necessary defects to identify and ensure a clear plan is mapped out for remedial works that require carrying out.
- Ensure early intervention & engagement with the customer with a natural drive to reach a satisfactory outcome as quickly as possible.
- Ensure customer expectations and handled with professionalism and integrity at all times.
- Responsible for identifying the root cause of issues and working cross functionally to minimise unnecessary recurrence of defects.

Key personal attributes we are seeking include:

- A home building background, ideally with experience in site or quality management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to different types of customers.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to listen.
- Experience of using database systems is desirable, and you should be competent using Microsoft Office packages.
- A full drivers licence is essential.
