My client is looking for a proactive People Advisor to join their team in a newly created role. **What will you be doing...**
- Handling the recruitment process with support from the HR Administrators to ensure we find the best people for the best roles in the company
- Delivering inductions and distributing offer letters to ensure all new starters have the best welcome to the company
- Advising on a range of ER matters such as disciplinaries and greivances, ensuring all leadership staff have the resources and knowledge to tackle these areas with confidence
- Reviewing HR policies and processes with the team and identifying any areas we can improve upon, conducting root cause analysis of pain points for staff and how they can be overcome
- Any ad hoc project work such as HRIS updates or supporting marketing talent attraction campaigns
- Have at least 2 years experience supporting ER casework and exposure to meetings of this nature, any experience with conflict resolution is desirable here
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and ATS is desirable but not essential
- You draw motivation from seeing the impact of your work and providing an excellent service to your colleagues
