We are currently seeking a Subsidence Claims Specialist to join our team As a leading provider in the insurance sector, we specialize in providing efficient, innovative claims management solutions to our valued clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assess and investigate insurance claims related to subsidence, including conducting on-site inspections and evaluating damage extent
- Accurately determine the cause of subsidence and evaluate policy coverage
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including policyholders, internal teams, adjusters, and external contractors, to manage the claim process effectively
- Communicate effectively with clients to keep them informed of claim status and address any inquiries or concerns
- Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing investigations and findings, including recommended courses of action
- Stay updated on industry regulations, guidelines, and best practices related to subsidence claims handling
- Provide expertise and training to internal teams regarding subsidence claims, ensuring consistency and continued development of knowledge within the organization
- Assist in negotiations and settlements with policyholders, contractors, and other parties involved

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
- Proven experience in handling and managing subsidence insurance claims
- In-depth knowledge of subsidence causation, investigation techniques, and relevant policy coverage
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex claims, assess damage, and determine appropriate action
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using claims management software and other relevant tools
- Professional certification or designation related to subsidence claims handling is a plus
