To assist in the provision of high-quality Radiographic Service within Northumbria Healthcare NHS Trust, whilst complying with all Trust and Department policies and procedures.

To carry out a limited range of radiographic examinations to a consistently high standard, professionally and efficiently following department procedures and under the indirect supervision of a qualified radiographer.

This advert is aimed at Current Year 2 Student Radiographers placed within Northumbria Healthcare.

We manage three major locality hospitals at North Tyneside, Wansbeck and Hexham, plus a number of smaller community hospitals and clinics from Tynemouth to Berwick on Tweed, in addition to our state-of-the-art Northumbria Specialist Emergency Care Hospital, the first of its kind in England. We also care for people in their homes and provide services from facilities in local communities such as health centres. We give people greater choice and control over their care to help them to live independently at home and avoid hospital admission where appropriate. Basic radiographic duties under direct and/or indirect supervision of radiographers

Keep patient records up to date.

0 hours contract, shifts can be organised with site lead radiographers.

Shifts can be taken at any site trust wide covering a variety of hours including evenings and weekends.
