**Senior Community Investment Advisor**:
The Senior Community Investment Advisor will report to the Head of Social Impact. Their work will overlap with the entire Responsible Business Team, including Partner and Director of Responsible Business, the Head of Social Impact and the Pro Bono Senior Associate. They will work closely with the Community Investment Advisor and the Trustees of the Charles Russell Speechlys Foundation.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of project based social impact initiatives;
- Overall responsibility for development of key charity partner relationships, including identifying projects and opportunities for skills sharing, pro bono support and in kind donations;
- Collect, collate and report on community investment data throughout the year ;
- Work with key charity partners to enhance impact data reporting;
- Develop and implement processes and systems to reward and recognise volunteers;
- Overall management of charity and fundraising committees across all 3 UK offices;
- Identify any relevant awards and draft submissions;
- Develop and deliver communications plan relating to the Charles Russell Speechlys Foundation and charity partnerships;
- Input to Charles Russell Speechlys Foundation Trustee meetings and provide guidance and updates to the Foundation Trustees;
- Develop plans for Foundation week - our flagship annual fundraising week;
- Develop plans for calendar of activities and events throughout the year that raise awareness of and engagement with the Charles Russell Speechlys Foundation and its charity partners;
- Develop innovative ways of fundraising and opening up networks for charity partners ;
- Input to Annual Review/ Responsible Business report;
- Overall responsibility for employee engagement across the firm with Foundation and charity partners;
- Develop and implement best practice in conjunction with other team members and through engagement with external support organisations;
- Participate in internal and external specialism forums and steering groups;
- Line management of Community Investment Advisor.

Skills and experience
- Experience of developing and managing partnerships between charities and corporate organisations;
- Good understanding of community investment and/or the charitable sector.
