We are seeking a HR officer who is passionate about our people and excellent patient care. The role is focussed on providing high standard HR advice and support to our senior teams and all aspects of employment from advertising and preparation through on boarding, monitoring training and supporting our managers with managing the staff. Primary care is an exciting and diverse work place and the range of roles we employ is varied. Experience of the NHS is an advantage but not essential.

The role is 0.9 WTE with a 9 day fortnight - alternate Mondays off.

**Main duties of the job**

Provision of Generalist HR advice and support, HR administration and other responsibilities commensurate with the role.

**Overview of your organisation**

Yorkshire Health Network Limited is a GP Federation that supports 17 GP Practices responsible for the care of 162,000 patients across Harrogate and the surrounding rural area. Set up in 2014, we support four Primary Care Networks and stepped forward when our practices needed us to provide COVID vaccinations for their patients. We also provide a travel vaccination service based in our new modern bespoke premises.

We are aways looking to improve and have recently reviewed key roles within our management team and support function. We are now excited to be able to advertise the HR Officer position to work with our existing high-performing team based at our head office.
