Role: Examinations Co-ordinator

Location: Merseyside

Type: 9 Months with possibility of permanent

Rate of Pay: £14 - £16 per hour

Eden Brown Education are currently recruiting a full time Examinations Co-ordinator on behalf of a leading college in Merseyside.

The purpose of the role is to support the Examinations Manager in the co-ordination of examination activities and compliance across the College, ensuring student registrations, claims, results, post-results services and examination scheduling/timetabling are delivered efficiently and timely.
- A good working knowledge of the education sector
- Experience in exams related role
- Knowledge of and experience with working with awarding body systems and platforms.
- Maths and English and grade C or above (or equivalent)

The main responsibilities are but no limited to:

- Being the point of contact/deputise in the absence of the Examinations Manager to support with inspections and the day-to day operational concerns
- To maintain and develop systems to manage and coordinate all aspects of the exams

administration process.
- To ensure the timely registration of students onto their qualifications with the

appropriate awarding bodies, adhering to all deadline dates.
