**Job Summary***:To lead manage and supervise the domestic/housekeeping and laundry staff team to ensure the home achieves an industry leading standard in housekeeping services provision.

To promote and display a professional image commensurate with the high standards of the Crown Care Group.

To take responsibility for the high standards of cleanliness and laundry within the home by maintaining an efficient, cost effective, clean hygienic working environment.

The post holder must maintain standards as required in adherence to the Company’s policies and procedures.

**Key Tasks**

At all times to maintain effective communication and liaison with the Crown Care Group home manager, deputy manager, registered nurse, senior carer and residents to ensure the smooth, safe, effective, responsive and cleaning operation of the home.
- To promote and display a professional image commensurate with the high standards of the Crown Care Group.
- To take responsibility for the high standards of cleanliness across all areas of the home.
- In conjunction with the wider care team to adhere to the home’s philosophies and goals and statement of purpose.

A variety of shifts will cover all 7 days of the week (including alternate weekend working).

Part time hours: 20 per week

A DBS will be completed before commencement of the role.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £11.50 per hour
