**Responsibilities**:

- Design, implement, and manage mushroom farming operations, including substrate preparation, inoculation, and fruiting;
- Maintain and manage mushroom growth environments, including temperature, humidity, and lighting;
- Monitor mushroom growth and health, and make necessary adjustments to cultivation processes;
- Conduct research and experimentation to improve mushroom growth and quality;
- Train and supervise junior mycologists and farm hands;
- Maintain records of mushroom production and quality control.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of experience in mushroom cultivation, preferably with commercial experience;
- Expertise in a range of mushroom species and cultivation techniques;
- Familiarity with all aspects of mushroom farming, including substrate preparation, inoculation, and fruiting;
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems related to mushroom cultivation;
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
