**The Role**:
As a **Behaviour Mentor**, you will play a crucial role in supporting children who are in care or deemed as 'looked after children.' Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Building positive and **nurturing relationships **with students.
- Providing one-on-one and group mentoring to address **challenging behaviours**.
- Implementing **behaviour management strategies** and interventions.
- Supporting students' social and emotional development.
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and external professionals to create individualised support plans.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
To excel in this role, you will need:

- Resilience and the ability to effectively manage challenging behaviours.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathy and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on children's lives.
- A patient and understanding approach to working with children with complex needs.
- The ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

**Salary**: £82.09-£102.00 per day
