We have an excellent opportunity for experienced and enthusiastic patient bookings co-ordinators to join our cosmetic team. Applicants should have a genuine interest in people and ideally a passion for the industry. Advisors will be making mainly outbound telephone and video calls but also a number of inbound calls, responding to 'call me back' calls and being active on our live chat platform.

Working to key performance targets you should be able to demonstrate exceptional levels of customer care from within a previous sales or service focused role/environment.

In responding to enquiries from all platforms, you should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including rapport building and the ability to make our patients feel 'at ease'. by instilling confidence regarding the company and service. Building positive relationships with enquirers and making appointments for potential patients to have video and face to face consultations with one of our surgeon advisor experts to learn more about our services. There will be an opportunity for suitable experienced applicants to also extend the core role into face to face clinic opportunities.

Applicants should be able to demonstrate a confident and professional telephone manner. Self-motivation with a strong work ethic and a ‘can do’ attitude together with a track record of delivering results. Proven experience of working to targets is essential. Applicants should also have strong computer navigation skills with accuracy of input. More than anything applicants need to be enthusiastic, resilient and full of energy.

The postholder will be based within the Pines Hospital site although there may be some opportunity for hybrid working by mutual agreement.

Salary shall be based upon role requirements and applicant’s experience and is based upon a salary of up to £24,000 per annum on a full-time basis (40 hours) plus monthly bonus opportunities.

OTE potential of £32,000 pa for achieving applicants.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
