My client are a growing presence in the manufacturing space. They are soon to embark upon their NetSuite implementation and as such, are looking for a NetSuite Administrator with a technical background to join their corporate team.

The NetSuite Administrator will be a key player in the upcoming implementation, acting as liaison between the internal stakeholders and third-party consultancy. They will be integral in helping the business and users move from a legacy system, spearheading NetSuite adoption across various business units. Responsibilities will include system configuration, process mapping, UAT, documentation, maintenance, and user training.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage third party implementation partner end-to-end throughout multiple phases of NetSuite implementation across different entities.
- Perform configuration and maintenance of NetSuite.
- Act as NetSuite SME for all users internally, championing system adoption.
- Create documentation (workflows, user guides, policies, procedures) and conduct subsequent user training sessions.
- Manage interactions between internal and external systems.

**Requirements**:

- 4+ years' experience with NetSuite, most of which will have been in an Administrator or Development capacity.
- End-to-end implementation experience.
- Extensive NetSuite module experience, with a particular emphasis on Warehouse Management and CRM.
- The ability to engage with a wide array of audiences, both technical and non-technical.
- NetSuite certifications a huge asset.
