Head of Fp&a

Reporting to the CFO, this newly created Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) position will lead all aspects of FP&A and commercial finance and finance business partnering including:

- Produce insightful analysis and insights on company performance and communication to relevant stakeholders
- Produce reports for board, Exco and PE investor
- Lead on budgeting, strategic planning and forecasting activities
- Lead on all aspects of finance business partnering and decision support to help meet company strategic goals. This is a highly visible role within the business.
- To support the business on strategic initiatives including M&A activity, future trade sale and general ad hoc business case and investment appraisal analysis
- Manage, mentor and coach the Finance Analyst and recruit additional staff as required

As a brand new position, this offers scope to carve out the function and create real business value.

You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with experience across both FP&A and business partnering and being able to demonstrate where you have added value to current and previous employers. This would suit someone seeking their first Head ofrole and taking real ownership for the function but with support from the CFO.

Any experience operating within a multi-site business useful but not necessary.
