Senior Account Executive

- Full Fabric is looking for a high-energy, driven and experienced Senior Account Executive with knowledge of technology and solid enterprise sales experience.
This role will be part of our sales team, working in a hybrid and/or remote working policy, and will need to earn trusted advisor status to some of the world's best universities by helping them through their digital transformation and change the way they connect and engage with their students.
This is a great position who will work closely with our Leadership, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. We’re looking for hard-working, competitive and self-motivated individuals who have exceeded in similar roles and are determined to have a successful sales career.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Drive revenue and lead the full cycle sales process including prospecting new leads, navigating the C-suite and business line owners, negotiating contracts, and closing new and renewal business with customers
- Conduct high volume prospecting for strategic leads and create new sales pipeline through these efforts
- Develop and implement strategic prospect strategies and plans
Understand the customers’ needs and challenges
Accurate forecasting and pipeline management
Educate customers on the value of Full Fabric in a thoughtful way
Consistently close new business at or above quota level
Serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas
**REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE**:
- Fluency in English in mandatory
Prospecting and Closing sales experience in a high growth, scale up environment
You have a proven track record of exceeding quota at your previous companies
- You have experience working with the UK market
A sharp focus on your goals and a strong approach for achieving them
The ability to deal and address objections, open to being coached
Strong organisational and time management skills
You've engaged multiple stakeholders throughout the sales cycle including IT and C-suite
You have a proven track record of net new business sales
You have a background in inbound and outbound prospecting and closing of new business
You have experience collaborating with internal sales teams like Solutions Engineers and Customer Success Managers
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
