Internal Sales Co-ordinator

**As an Internal Sales Co-Ordinator you will**:
Provide a high level of sales support and internal account management, contributing to the overall growth objectives of the business unit. Proficient at customer service, account management, and lead/quote generation.

**Key responsibilities and duties are to**:

- Generate revenue by relationship building and obtaining orders, understanding/interpreting technical requirements and developing accounts.
- Managing a sales pipeline on CRM, and accurately recording/updating all opportunities/conversions and interactions.
- Fully supporting the Customer Services department by active call taking, handling enquiries, quote generation and order processing.
- Proactively stay in touch with our customers, nurture relationships, follow up on customers’ needs to confirm all business opportunities.
- Liaising closely with Field Sales teams to support the needs and requirements of our customers
- Updating customers with service status as necessary throughout the post-sales process- Be self motivated and enthusiastic to achieve set targets, KPI’s, OTE- Be customer centric and have experience of outbound call campaigns- Numerate and literate, high attention to detail- Willing to work towards GAI qualifications
