Deep Drainage and Pipework Foreman

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules and specifications
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers to ensure smooth project progression
- Oversee health and safety compliance on-site, implementing necessary measures for a safe working environment
- Monitor project budgets, costs, and resources effectively
- Provide guidance and support to site workers, resolving any issues that may arise promptly

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a similar role within the construction industry
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Excellent communication abilities to liaise with various stakeholders
- Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations within the construction sector
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritise workload effectively

- SSSTS (required)
- Management/Supervison NVQ and relevant CSCS card (required)
- First Aid Certification (required)
